Sisters in farming
Separated for their childhoods & teenage years through parental disputes and half a planet, Anzie & Liz reunited as adults to find they had inadvertently travelled on separate paths to the same destination; regenerative farming.
Without any knowledge of each others lives or discussion of goals, they had both travelled away from their birthplaces and bought tracts of land (one in Australia, the other in Wales) and had decided on a truly surprising number of parallel ideas – many of which are still considered emerging to mainstream farming.
Regenerative farming through use of livestock and rotation, no-dig Hügelkultur beds, off-grid living, meat rabbit farming and a deep love of the soil allowed them to reconnect in a way neither had imagined.

In the heartland of Australia’s South West, you will find Sonnybrook View Farm, nestled in the outskirts of the picturesque town of Boyup Brook.
